プロセスビルダーで作成したプロセスは変更セットに追加する際にメニュー内に見当たりませんでしょうか、あるいは作成したレポートは見当たらない

変更セットはsalesforce環境間 OR 組織間での環境資産をDeploying（リリース）に使う機能です。
英語名はChange setsとなり送信はOutbound、受信はInboundです。 組み合わせると、Outbound Change Sets or Inbound Change Sets

Follow these steps in Salesforce
Point is select【Flow Definition】option and then you can find your process builder name.

NOTE:Reports in "My Personal Custom Reports" and "Unfiled Public Reports" cannot be added to a change set and are not shown in this list.
If you can add the report to the change set. You must first create a new custom report folder , and then you can add the report to the change set.
Solution
Reports stored in the My Personal Custom Reports folder (private reports) don’t appear in the list of reports that can be added to the change set. Reports stored in the Unfiled Public Reports folder appear in the list of reports that can be added to the change set, but they aren’t deployed even if added to the change set. To deploy a private or unfiled report using a change set, first copy or move the report to a different report folder.
対策
[私の非公開カスタムレポート] フォルダに保存されたレポート (非公開レポート) は、変更セットに追加可能なレポートのリストに表示されません。[未整理公開レポート] フォルダに保存されたレポートは、変更セットに追加可能なレポートのリストに表示されますが、変更セットに追加されてもリリースされません。変更セットを使用して非公開レポートまたは未整理レポートをリリースするには、最初にレポートを別のレポートフォルダにコピーまたは移動します。
リードプロセス
Salesforceのリードレコードタイプを追加する前に、リードプロセスを用意する必要がある
似ているほかの標準オブジェクトとしては、ケースもあります。サポートプロセスを事前に用意し、そのあとにケースのレコードタイプを作成することができる。
リードプロセスを用意した場合、変更セットでリリースする前に、リリース先の環境で、同じリードプロセスを手動で用意した上で、リリースをしないといけない、なぜなら、リリースエラーになるからです。
